Retiform haemangioendothelioma

• Infiltrative; slit-like vasculature lined by endothelial monolayer

• Eosinophilic cytoplasm with clusters of cells containing clear vacuoles

• Monomorphic ovoid-round nuclei with small nucleoli and "hobnailing"; inconspicuous mitotic activity

• Areas of sclerotic collagenous stroma; mild chronic inflammatory infiltrate

• IHC: CD31
