Fibrillary eosinophilic cytoplasm

Monomorphic ovoid-elongated nuclei with areas of palisading; inconspicuous mitotic activity 

Prominent interstitial haemorrhage and haemosiderin deposition; so-called "amianthoid" fibres (hyalinized collagenous bodies) with focal calcium deposition; lymphocytic cuff
