Loose fascicles of spindle-stellate cells.
Pale eosinophilic cytoplasm
Ovoid nuclei with small nucleoli and mild atypia; inconspicuous mitotic activity
Collagenous-myxoid stroma with scattered thin-walled blood vessels; mild infiltrate of neutrophils, lymphocytes and histiocytes.
