  • Polypoid; elongated polygonal cells with a patternless distribution

  • Eosinophilic cytoplasm with prominent cross-striations

  • Peripheral ovoid nuclei with macronucleoli and minimal atypia; frequent multinucleation; inconspicuous mitotic activity

  • Interspersed loose fibrous stroma with occasional thin-walled vessels

  • Occasional ectatic thin-walled vessels
